This is a GREAT Christmas gift idea - Homemade Sugar Scrub. It's easy to make, and you can personalize each jar whichever way you like, and most importantly for unemployed (not for long) people like me, cost-efficient!- I bought the glass jars from Daiso - quite a good selection of them!
- Get sugar from supermarket - I got those normal fine grain white cane sugar. Caster would be too fine, so just use normal fine grain.
- Olive oil - not just for cooking! Olive oil is used is hair and body products, so don't worry about using it for this. It has no smell too, so it's perfect for the project.
- Essential oils - Got these from Daiso too! (seriously, they should pay ME for advertising) Lavender, Floral, Peppermint, etc.
Tools: Mixing bowl + Spoon + Love
- Sugar - 3 cups
- Olive Oil - 1 cup + 2 tbsp
- Essential Oil - 10 drops (this is really up to your preference.)
Mix them up well!
TA DA!!! Easy or what?
